This monitoring system makes easy and cost- effective process controlling according to ISO 14644-1:2015, EU GMP Annex 1 requirements. With the intuitive user interface and multiple users’ security levels reduces probability of errors.

Functions

Operator starts/stops and monitors sampling process, receives real-time alarms. The system generates automatic process report (PDF document) with following information:

o    Production batch number and product name;

o    Sampling data (Date and Time, Volume, Limits and exceeded Alarms);

o     Operators responsible for sampling process and report generation.

System activities chronological records – Audit trail report is available.

System is able to save up to 30 different user accounts with 4 user access levels.
