Refund policy 

 

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via this online store and is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Specific terms differ based on whether the buyer is a business entity (B2B) or a consumer (B2C). 

 

Returns 

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided that items are unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@crs.lt. Upon approval of the return request, a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding shipment will be provided. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Damages and Issues 

 

Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Should any defects, damage, or discrepancies between ordered and received goods be found, notification must be sent promptly and without undue delay to info@crs.lt. Timely notification allows for effective assessment and correction, as required by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. 

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

 

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including but not limited to: 

 

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants); 

  • Customised or personalised goods (made specifically to buyer's requirements); 

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products); 

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. 

 

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. 

 

Exchanges 

 

To exchange an item, goods should be returned as outlined above. Upon approval of the return, a separate new purchase should be made for the desired replacement goods. 

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Applicable to Consumers Only) 

 

Consumers (individuals acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) have the right, under Lithuanian consumer protection law, to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason. To exercise this right, clear notification of the withdrawal decision must be provided to info@crs.lt within this period. 

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for consumers to send their notice of withdrawal before the period expires. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the payment, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer unless the goods, by their nature, cannot typically be returned by mail, in which case their return will be arranged at the seller's expense. 

 

Refunds 

 

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, notification will be sent regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by the bank or payment provider. If a refund has not been received within 15 business days following confirmation of approval, please contact us at info@crs.lt. 

 

Additional Consumer Rights 

 

This Refund Policy does not limit statutory consumer rights under Lithuanian law, including the rights to request repair, replacement, or a price reduction if the goods do not meet statutory quality standards. These rights remain effective for two years from the date of delivery unless otherwise stipulated by law.
