Shipping policy

 

Delivery within the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)

All orders placed in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia are delivered by the logistics provider DPD Lietuva.

 

Deliveries within Lithuania:

The minimum delivery fee is EUR 6 for shipments up to 5 kg. For shipments exceeding 5 kg, the applicable delivery charge will be clearly indicated prior to payment. Deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days following order confirmation.

Deliveries in Lithuania may be made directly to a specified address or to selected DPD Pickup points. Available delivery options will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

 

Deliveries to Latvia and Estonia:

The minimum delivery fee is EUR 10 for shipments up to 5 kg. For shipments exceeding 5 kg, the applicable delivery charge will be clearly indicated prior to payment. Deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days following order confirmation.

Deliveries to Latvia and Estonia are only made to the address specified at the time of ordering. Delivery to DPD Pickup points is available exclusively within Lithuania.

 

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

After goods have been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided, enabling the delivery status to be tracked via the DPD Lithuania website.

 

Collection from Warehouse

Collection from the warehouse is also possible. This option must be selected during the ordering process prior to making payment.

 

Additional Information

Delivery times provided are indicative. Although all reasonable efforts are made to ensure prompt and timely delivery, delays may occasionally arise due to factors beyond reasonable control. Should such delays occur, notification will be promptly given, and appropriate measures taken to minimise inconvenience.

Responsibility for accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon successful delivery, or at the point at which delivery is unjustifiably refused by the buyer at the agreed location.

It is advised that the goods are inspected promptly upon receipt to verify their compliance with the order, including quality, quantity, completeness, and packaging. In the event of any defects or discrepancies, notification should be provided without undue delay following their detection or at the time when such discrepancies ought reasonably to have been detected.

Delivery charges as specified include handling and transportation costs only. Any additional costs associated with the acceptance of the goods will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

This Shipping Policy is applicable to both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions and is governed by Lithuanian law.
